| Younis Khan |
Profile: The bustling and energetic Younis Khan has often been shunted up and down the Pakistan batting order - occasionally omitted - but this strengthened his resolve. Returning to the side against Sri Lanka in October 2004, he hit 124 at Karachi that helped towards victory and a drawn series. His back-to-back centuries (147 & 267) in India in 2005 after being elevated to vice-captain before the tour would be his greatest highlight yet, cementing his place in the team.
