Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling All our goods will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and you will be expected to sign on receipt of delivery so please ensure someone is available at the given delivery address you state when ordering. If you foresee any problems with this, we advise customers to consider providing their work address if there is a better chance of someone being present on delivery.
We wish to state that Bigstarcricket.com will not be responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be levied on the goods on entry into the destination country, and these lie with the buyer. Bigstarcricket.com accepts no responsibility for this and by placing an order you agree to accept these terms and conditions. |
Delivery Schedule We will do our utmost to deliver orders in the UK within five working days. If you are ordering from an address outside the UK, we will endeavour to ship your order with 15 working days.
Framed items will only be sent to customers within the UK, to protect our international customers from possible breakages during carriage. |

Returns Policy If the item(s) you have purchased is returned to the Bigstarcricket.com office with 15 days of the original purchase date and is in a condition whereby it can be resold, we will offer either a like for like replacement if possible or in the times where this item is no longer available we will offer you a credit note or another item for the same value. However, this is at the discretion of Bigstarcricket.com. In the case of damaged goods, the buyer must inform Bigstarcricket.com within 24 hours of receiving delivery by e-mailing the website's 'shop' address. The matter will be dealt with thereafter by our shop staff.
