I am now enjoying my life more
It feels a little strange to be watching the boys play against Zimbabwe as for 17 years I was with them, but I’m not missing it at all - absolutely not, seriously.

I'm grateful PCB showed me respect
It is a very sad day for me as I announce that I am leaving cricket after 16 years. It is very sad because I have only known cricket but it is the right decision.

I still want to play for Pakistan
I gave a statement recently that I have been made an offer by the Indian Cricket League. The PCB then gave a statement saying players would be banned if they play in this league. In my case this is rubbish.

I want 10,000 Test runs before I retire
I am pleased to hear that Bob was not murdered, all the boys will feel the same as I’m sure his family will also. But this verdict will never take away one of the toughest periods in our lives. It was a nightmare.

Bob Was a Super Human Being
Bob has been working with us for the last three years and he is a big loss for us because he was a good man. The whole team is sad about him. I am also very upset for his family.

I’m very excited about the New Year that starts with our tour of South Africa, and the World Cup following soon after. I’m very confident Pakistan can have a good year.

Danish is Now Our No.1 Strike Bowler
As the team played in the Champions Trophy I have been training hard and spending time with my family. But now it’s time to focus on Test cricket and the West Indies.

Ban is OK but I Don’t Regret Protest
I’m happy my hearing is now over with and I’m even happier that my team and I have been cleared of the ball tampering allegations.
